    Kone Engineering AB founded in Örebro.

    Owner: Kone OY

    Number of employees: Three employees from the well-established materials handling company Bröderna Envall, founded in 1908.

  • 1986

    New name: Roxon AB

    New owners: Roxon OY within the Outokumpu Group.

    The number of employees goes up to five.

  • 1995

    The Roxon Group changes ownership, becoming part of the Tampella Group.

    There are now six employees.

    Annual revenue of SEK 22.5 million.

  • 1998

    New owners of the Roxon group: Sandvik AB, SMC division (Sandvik Mining and Construction).

    Number of employees: Nine.

    Annual revenue of around SEK 35 million.

  • 2001

    The Roxon Group changes its name to Sandvik Materials Handling.

    Number of employees: Twelve.

  • 2004

    Roxon AB Örebro and Kopo AB Haparanda merge to form a single company with three different business areas: Components, Service and Modernisation.

    Number of employees: Thirty-five.

    Annual revenue of around SEK 100 million.

  • 2007

    Noxor AB is formed and takes over the project and service operations of Roxon AB.

    Number of employees: Ten.

    Annual revenue of around SEK 30 million.

  • 2010

    Noxor AB achieves certification to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

    Number of employees: Twelve.

    Annual revenue of around SEK 45 million.

  • 2011

    Noxor AB acquires Bameco AB and forms the Noxor Group.

    Number of employees: Thirteen.

    Annual revenue of around SEK 45 million.
